Focusing on low and moderate income neighborhoods, NHS OC strives to renew pride, restore confidence, promote reinvestment, and revitalize communities in partnership with local residents, financial institutions, the business community, and local government. We do this through promoting home ownership, providing home purchase and home improvement loans, constructing and rehabilitating single and multi-family homes, and facilitating the development of resident community leaders.
